Supairnic is a community of sports enthusiasts connecting to play, compete, and improve together. These Community Guidelines help ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

3. Expected Behavior
3.1 Be Respectful and Courteous
- Communicate politely with other users
- Honor commitments to events you've joined
- Provide accurate skill level information
- Respect others' time and availability
- Give constructive feedback when validating rankings
3.2 Maintain Appropriate Content
- Keep profile information accurate and appropriate
- Use respectful language in all communications
- Share only content that is appropriate for a sports community and is not sexual, violent, discriminatory, illegal, or unsuitable for a public setting
- Respect privacy and personal boundaries
3.3 Play Fair
- Honestly represent your skill level
- Validate other players' skills accurately
- Show up to events you've committed to
- Follow the rules of the sport you're playing
4. Prohibited Behavior
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination:
4.1 Harassment and Bullying
- Threatening, intimidating, or harassing other users
- Discriminatory behavior based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic
- Persistent unwanted contact after being asked to stop
- Cyberbullying or targeted harassment
4.2 Spam and Scams
- Posting spam or repetitive messages
- Promoting unauthorized commercial activities
- Phishing attempts or fraudulent schemes
- Impersonating other users or organizations
- Creating fake accounts or profiles
4.3 Inappropriate Content
- Sharing sexually explicit or pornographic content
- Posting violent, graphic, or disturbing content
- Distributing illegal or harmful material
- Sharing content that violates others' privacy
- Using offensive, threatening, degrading, or discriminatory language
4.4 Other Violations
- Manipulating skill rankings or match results
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
- Using the platform for illegal activities
- Attempting to hack, exploit, or damage the service
- Violating others' intellectual property rights
5. Reporting and Blocking Features
5.1 Reporting Users
If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, you can report users through the app:
How to Report:
1. Navigate to the user's profile
2. Tap the three-dot menu in the top right
3. Select "Report User"
4. Choose the appropriate category:
- Inappropriate Content
- Spam or Scam
- Harassment or Bullying
- Other
What Happens After Reporting:
- Reports are reviewed by our moderation team
- We investigate all reports promptly
- Appropriate action is taken based on severity
- Reporter identity remains confidential
- You'll be notified of significant actions taken
Reporting Illegal or Unlawful Content:
If you believe that content or conduct on Supairnic is illegal or violates these Guidelines, you can submit a report through the app or at support@supairnic.com. To help us review your report, please include: identification of the content or profile, the reason for the report, any supporting evidence or context, your contact details, and a statement that the information is submitted in good faith. We may remove, restrict, or preserve content, and may restrict an account, where necessary for safety, legal compliance, or protecting the rights of third parties. The affected user will be notified of the measure and the main reasons for it, unless this would jeopardize an investigation, endanger the safety of others, or be prohibited by law.
5.2 Blocking Users
You can block users to prevent interaction:
How to Block:
1. Navigate to the user's profile
2. Tap the three-dot menu in the top right
3. Select "Block User"
What Blocking Does:
- Prevents the blocked user from seeing your events
- Removes you from their participant lists
- Prevents them from inviting you to events
- Stops all direct communication
- You won't see their events or activities
Managing Blocked Users:
- View your blocked list in Profile → Settings → Blocked Users
- Unblock users at any time if you change your mind
- Blocking is private - users are not notified
6. Consequences of Violations
6.1 Warning System
First-time minor violations may result in:
- Official warning sent to your account
- Temporary restriction of certain features
- Required acknowledgment of guidelines
6.2 Temporary Suspension
Repeated or moderate violations may result in:
- Temporary account suspension (7-30 days)
- Loss of access to all app features
- Review of all recent activity
- Required guidelines review before reinstatement
6.3 Permanent Ban
Severe or repeated violations may result in:
- Permanent account termination
- Removal of account access and removal or restriction of your content; data is deleted, anonymized, or retained in limited form in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Data Deletion Policy
- Ban from creating new accounts
- Legal action in cases of illegal activity
6.4 Zero Tolerance Violations
The following result in immediate permanent ban:
- Threats of violence or harm
- Sexual harassment or predatory behavior
- Sharing illegal content
- Doxxing or sharing private information without consent
- Coordinated harassment campaigns
7. Appeals Process
If you believe action was taken in error:
1. Submit an Appeal: Contact our support team through the app
2. Provide Details: Explain why you believe the decision was incorrect
3. Review Process: Appeals are reviewed within 7 business days
4. Final Decision: You'll receive notification of the outcome
5. Finality of the Internal Procedure: The decision on an internal appeal is final within Supairnic's internal procedure; this does not limit your rights to use applicable legal, administrative, judicial, or consumer protection mechanisms
8. Age Requirements
- Users must be at least 18 years old
- Age verification is required during account registration
- Users under 18 are automatically blocked from creating accounts
- Misrepresenting your age is prohibited and may result in permanent account termination
9. Safety Tips
9.1 Meeting Other Users
- Meet in public, well-lit locations
- Tell someone where you're going
- Bring a friend when possible
- Trust your instincts
- Don't share personal information prematurely
9.2 Online Safety
- Use the in-app messaging system initially
- Don't share financial information
- Be cautious of users asking for money
- Report suspicious behavior immediately
- Protect your account credentials
10. Data Privacy and Security
- Reports and blocks are stored securely
- Your blocked user list is private
- Report details are only visible to moderation team
- We make reasonable efforts to keep the reporter's identity confidential and do not disclose it to the reported user, except where required by law, by a competent authority, or as necessary to protect legal claims

11. Platform Responsibility
11.1 What We Do
- Monitor for violations of these guidelines
- Review reports promptly and fairly
- Take appropriate action against violators
- Continuously improve safety features
- Provide resources for safe usage
11.2 What We Don't Do
- Monitor all communications in real-time
- Guarantee prevention of all violations
- Mediate personal disputes between users
- Provide refunds for events or activities
- Intervene in off-platform interactions
12. Local Laws and Regulations
- You must comply with all applicable local laws
- Sports activities must follow venue regulations
- Respect local community standards
- We cooperate with law enforcement when required
- Users are responsible for legal compliance in their jurisdiction
13. Modifications to Guidelines
We may update these Community Guidelines:
- Non-material editorial or technical changes may take effect upon posting
- Material changes that affect your rights, obligations, access to the service, moderation, termination, or the processing of personal data will be communicated in advance via the app and/or by email
- Where the law or the nature of the change requires it, we will ask for your explicit acceptance
- If you do not agree with the changes, you can stop using the Service and delete your account before they take effect
- Review guidelines periodically for updates

By using Supairnic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Community Guidelines. In serious or urgent cases, we may take restrictive measures without prior notice where necessary for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or protecting other users. Where possible and permitted, we will notify you of the measure and of the available appeals process.

These guidelines complement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict, the Terms of Service take precedence, except on matters concerning the processing of personal data, where the Privacy Policy and the Data Deletion Policy prevail.
